Project: Banana AI

Banana AI is a project for a machine learning class. I worked with two other team members. This software takes an uploaded image as input and after processing, it displays whether it is a ripe or unripe banana. The accuracy is very high but not perfect.

We used machine learning algorithms to train an AI with a data set of ripe and unripe bananas and kept running until we found an accurate test result. We then kept it and added it to the main program to run the process of the image. There was also some front-end work to make things look nicer and fancier with a splash load up screen as well as a pleasing display to upload a photo and see results.
